Teen Wolf (TV Series)
Started a separate thread for Teen Wolf. I know there was one specifically related to Season 2 at one point, so if an Admin wants to update that thread and merge this in with it please do. I simply did not want to keep posting Teen Wolf specific items in the "Needles in a Haystack" thread but rather give it a dedicated home. Everyone should also assume that this thread will be filled with spoilers.
So, it's two episodes into Season 3 and we have been introduced to both Kali and Cora. We haven't seen much process for Kali, though she appears to be a fan of showing of her long toenails and fangs. As for Cora, there was an extremely brief cut-away process shot of her looking up and showing her yellow-eyes and fangs in Episode 2. Looking ahead to next week, we've already been given a brief glimpse of Cora in her full wolf form. We'll see whether or not she'll already be wolfed out by the time she appears on camera. First two screenshots below are Kali and the rest are Cora. |

Re: Teen Wolf (TV Series)
Hmm, I'm just noticing that the werewolves in this show remind me an awful lot of the vampires in Buffy, mostly the brow area. I think if you showed those last few screens to someone and told them it was an old screen cap from Buffy or Angel they would totally believe you.

Re: Teen Wolf (TV Series)
As I said before, fangs-claws-lens, and you will have a vampire/lamewolf/whatever monster you want. What's the point? You are not going to find anything interesting in this show, or at least nothing you haven't seen before, and better.
<irony>Ohh, I'm dying to see her claws grow and her eyes turning yellow... awesome!!</irony> |

Personally, I think it's a least something new and I especially like seeing some of the behind the scenes shots. It also seems to be inspiring some newer artists, whether they be digital or makeup, so it's at least conducive to that. The show itself isn't terrible either. There are decent plot points and it's interesting enough to keep your attention and at least keeps you wanting to see what happens next

To be fair, we have to deal with the Fantastically Cowardly Codgers censoring our every thought.
