New writer

Hi, I'm Retero and I briefly participated in the AR Archive community as Viridian, and as Gamble way before then.

Back then I wrote a story called Lickies which people received pretty well. That was three years ago, but I stopped contributing or participating in the community after that in objection to the caption pics in their image section that featured pictures of actual children.

Lately I've started to get interested in writing AR fiction again but, since the Archive is the hub of age regression media on the internet, I find my medium limited. I'm thinking of just starting my own website, exposure would be pretty limited though.

I wanted to ask for some clarity on the rules. There's the one "This is not a forum for posting your captions put to mundane pictures of kids and teenagers." Obviously I greatly appreciate the ethos of that one. But there's another that says "This is not a forum for exploring the end results of an age regression or progression process." I'm not entirely clear on this one. Does that mean that if I were to post a story where 95% of it happens after the victim has already been age regressed, that wouldn't be appropriate here? If so is that only for physical regression, or does it apply for mental as well? (Say for instance the character is physically regressed to 5 at the start of the story, and the rest of it is about his gradual mental transformation.) I just want to be clear because the last thing I want to do is join a new community then annoy them all by posting stuff that's not wanted.

Either way, nice to meet everyone. What else can I say about me... well, I have a big interest in transformation fiction, especially AR; I like to really explore the psychospiritual ramifications, and I compare age regression to a fictional drug I made up called ilikia retrocaine. Half the reason I want to write AR again is as an exercise to get over a streak of perfectionism that means I rarely finish stories. Also I'm into roleplaying from AR to (platonic) ageplay to D&D.

Re: New writer

So a lot goes here in the process forums. But one rule among all is that within the sub forums except everything else, the process has to be female. Which is probably why I have never heard of your story till now, lol. You sound like a pretty cool person though and I would love to read some of your writing. We're always hard up for good content bringers.

As in what is allowed within the process. Its kind of a grey area when it comes to AR/AP. I think its generally acceptable to have process go down to child and beyond but not sexual interactions with said child below the age of 18.

Now this line here "This is not a forum for exploring the end results of an age regression or progression process." this just means its not a forum to sit and "discuss" or to show written content that's only about a child who had regressed. The process forum is for process. Every once in a while we'll get some material that's non process related but we accept it generally as its nice to have something new to see.

Hope that helps a little bit.

Re: New writer

Thanks Godleydemon. I hadn't noticed The Process was for female transformations only, though in retrospect it's pretty obvious. That's fine though; I also write female AR and the story I linked to just happened to be male-only.

The 'no sexual acts with a regressed child' rule is also good because for me it's a major ick factor. This is a fantasy I prefer to keep as clean as possible.

So it sounds like the sort of stories I write would fit here; they tend to end as soon as character(s) finish their mental regression, which is a process of its own. Whereas you probably wouldn't be after content along the lines of, say, Detective Conan, which though it contains female regression, is entirely post-AR.

Thanks for your help.

Yeah, really its no problem. We love new content authors here and tend to kind of stick together in a way XD. I tend to shy away from mental regression, but there are those out there that really crave for it. Can't wait to see what you come up with and show around the process

Re: New writer

Well by mental I mean, physical then mental regression. I'm not a big fan of mental-only AR either. Anyway, once I finish a female AR story I'll put it up.
