The proverbial "Could you recommend an artist to commission?" thread

Hey all, I currently have a commission idea I'd like to explore with an artist, and I was wondering if anyone could make a recommendation. The criteria I'm looking for are...

-Does comic layout
-More of a realistic style rather than cartoony/furry-styled
-Reliable and relatively quick turn around

I've commissioned Arania in the past, and I like her, especially since when you agree on a commission, you don't have to wait 17 years for it. But I'd like to maybe explore some of the other talent out there for this. It seems like all of the artists I really like have either all but left the community or never seem to have commissions open.
