In the latest chapter of One Piece, the main characters are on an island in which everyone so far seems to be half of one kind an animal or another, and one woman distinctly said "You're lucky it isn't a full moon" Now she could have been just talking about the two Gorilla Guards or the whole Island in general being able to transform, just thought Id throw it out there to pay attention in future weeks.
