I just recently searched through Exhentai and I found this:

The original title/artist for this is [カメムシ] 美ら海触手館 and I've no clue what it means but you can google it and find something if you can't access Exhentai because I only found it there.

Anyway I really think this is the best process I've seen in a long while. And the second part in this manga is tentacle rape, just a warning.

Finally, that missing page...for the record, I like the regression (also curious WHY she regressed), but I agree with you all that the last half's pretty awful.

OHMY! I wonder if this falls under "This is not a forum for exploring the end results of an age regression or progression process." I know LK isn't boss any more, but, I mean, I like AR when it's kewt, but lolli is a bit much.

there is also this one http://exhentai.org/g/664890/6ab5480c9b/ it is a doujin from hitman reborn also it says TG/AR but i didn't watch reborn so i don't know about the TG (but the AR is at page 15/17 and there is no h scenes when she is AR'ed fortunately)
