Reminds me a little of the old Spanish series, Hembras Peligrosas (literally, "dangerous women" - it's a pulpy horror series featuring monster-girls, most usually the werewolf-girl on the cover, whose name is Ulula).

Yup. Check out this blog - the "DESCARGAR" links will let you download the magazines from Mediafire. It's by no means a complete archive, but to satisfy your curiosity it should do.
Have to warn you, the content is very much trashy horror, and there might not be much explicit process there.

I read through a bunch of these awhile back. As far as I can remember they barely had anything approaching TF or even standard werewolf action. This series is like a bastard child of Vampirella and Diabolik. The wolf lady interacts with bad people, bad people have sex, and someone ends up dead by the end of the volume.
