How far back does your TF fetish go?
For me, it was 1979. I was three years old and have a vague memory of an episode of the original Battlestar Galactica where humans were being changed into hairy creatures while they were stuck inside coffins in the wall. I remember it sticking with me. Something about being confined in a small space while being changed into another creature against your will. Does anyone know what this episode was? I cannot seem to find it.
The transformation scene in An American Werewolf in London sparked my interest in werewolves when I was a bit older. Sorsha's pig transformation in Willow continued a pattern of intense interest in being forced to change into an animal against your will. For a long time it was mostly about the transformation itself. I wanted it to happen to me and had an unhealthy obsession with the idea. As I got older it changed, as fetishes do. Seeing the absolutely terrible Howling 3 was a revelation. The special effects were as bad as they get but seeing a female werewolf naked (the birth scene) and the few female transformations changed everything. These scenes still do it for me. Now it is all about female werewolves for me, as some of you may know. How far back can you remember yours taking hold and what media sparked it? Bonus: attach pictures! |

Animorphs. I read them but I wasn't that interested in the plot.

TMNT for me as well, though it was the Catwoman from Channel 6 episode that hooked me. I don't think I ever saw the episode with the wasp TF as a kid, though I have seen the clip posted on various TF sites.

My story is very similar. Started when I was about 7 or 8, before I knew anything about sexual desire. I just knew that I found the transformations in AWIL and Willow to be fascinating, and that it caused something to happen "down there." In my youthful ignorance, I imagined that the erection I was getting was the start of my own transformation. I mean, that was obviously a change of some sort, so that made perfect sense to me. Of course I was always disappointed when it never progressed further than that. As I got older, I started liking girls, but I'm not sure I knew what to make of the fact that the feelings I had for girls were the same ones I had for being turned into an animal. I guess it's not surprising that the two wound up becoming one, and now my fetish is almost exclusively centered on female animal tf. Although, I do still occasionally imagine myself transforming from time to time.

When I was way young, I remember the ole Disney's Aladdin cartoon, episode were Jasmine turned into a snake. That was awesome. Years later, Animorphs, but that eventually turned into me really liking the plot.
Years later, I read Acorna: The Unicorn Girl, and googled illustrations or fanart of her. I got a response of someone saying that Samapuma's Unicorn sequence looks like Acorna, so I looked it up, and, wham. It all spread from there. I was using the web browser on the Sega Dreamcast, at the time, too. |

I remember one year in middle school, this one video store released these coupons in the mail, FREE rental, not rent one get one free, but just a free rental. I lived in an apartment building with the mailboxes in the lobby, well just about everybody through out their coupons, so here I had almost 20 coupns, so I rented all the werewolf movies I could find |

I could be one of the few individuals here who prefer well-rendered CGI morphs as opposed to the more make-up reliant transformations such as those transformations pre-Willow.
Growing up, my earliest memory was probably watching Animorphs and noticing Rachel, first and foremost, as a girl - I knew at that very young age that I was attracted to only girls. What really got my attention was when I first saw her morph into animals and thought to myself, "Hey, it would be really cool to have a girlfriend who could do that.". As soon as Animorphs ended and I was hitting puberty, Sheena came on TV. Yes, the one that featured a shapeshifting Gena Lee Nolin. Lo and behold! The first time I experimented with masturbating was to the infamous scene of her morphing into a jaguar. Ever since then I knew I was attracted to female shapeshifters who could morph into animals at will. |

I remember Willow being one of my first moments of intrigue with TF.
Then I found Goosebumps "My Hairiest Adventure", Bone Chillers "Little Pet Shop of Horrors" (especially the cover), and the Animorphs book with girl to cat cover... I remember the old websites too... Werekat's Werecreatures, The Transformation Graphics Archive, etc... i feel old now lol
