Yes, but it's only translated up to roughly mid manga, and the translation work seem to have been dropped since long.

Sorry, I got ahead of myself. I really figured there'd be an AP scene eventually once he "cured" her, but so far I haven't found it (if there is one to be found).

There is raws out there and she doesn't AP back to her original age even at the end but the disease is gone and she can now age normal again and we only see a small timeskip where she have aged (normally).

Technically she still has the disease, but she now doesn't need the saliva. She has to take an injection I think it was 5 times a day to be able to age again.
