Beware of Lucy Skye

Alright, this might be a wall of text but here's my story.
So around the last week of April/first week of May this year I had some spare money to spend and I decided I was going to spend it on a cheap, simple giantess growth custom. One Clips4Sale store that always caught my eye when it came to this was Lucy Skye (her content seemed decent from what I've purchased in the past from her), so I had contacted her about getting a clip made. She was very quick to respond initially, and asked for $50 to get the script idea I sent her made. Lucy seemed very honest and her store did not show any suspicious signs (not only that but I never heard anything bad about her), so I paid her $50 through an Amazon gift card. She promised me the clip would be available by that Sunday (it was Thursday IIRC when I sent the money), and so I went on with life for the next few days.
But here's where things got very screwy:
Sunday arrives, and I email her, asking when the clip shall arrive. She told me it would be uploaded in a few hours. So I passed the time doing other things, and I wake up the next day and check my email, only to see that she never sent anything to me. I ask her what the problem is, and she tells me that she had an issue so she will be giving it to me later in the week. No problem, right? Lucy then proceeds to stay silent for two weeks , and I finally decide to break that silence and confront her on the issue. She then says that she "hasn't forgotten about me" and some other stuff, and she will give it to me when she's ready. I wait another week, only to get no response. I know $50 seems petty for a custom, but if I'm not getting the custom that means the $50 that I could have spent on other things is being wasted. I emailed her again, asking where it was. She then answered by asking me for my PayPal e-mail so she could refund me. So she basically wasted a month of my time. I give Lucy the information, and she tells me her check is coming in later that week, and she'll give the money to me then.
Here's where the fucked up part comes in:
Now it is early June, and she still has not given the refund. I am now a little pissed so I email her one last time, asking her where the hell the refund is. The response I get is this:
"Lucy died"
and then:
"This is Tina her sister.
I'm closing all her accounts and clearing her porn information.
She committed suicide."
I became extremely distraught after reading that. Did I pressure her too much? I worried myself for days, wondering if I did anything wrong.
I looked at her Twitter for a few days to see if it was getting closed down or if word was going to spread about this from her sister. About 5 days after I get the emails, I see that she updated Lucy's twitter. She posted three advertisements to her Niteflirt service, which was rather odd but I assumed a bot did it and I go take a look at her Clips4Sale store. And then I see that she uploaded a video the day before she updated her Twitter (I got the email on the 5th, the C4S update was the 9th).

She fucking lied. "Tina" wasn't talking in the email, it was Lucy.

Just to confirm my suspicions, I decided to make a fake email and send her a request to do a custom. And she did indeed respond, saying that it was $5 a minute. I was enraged. I lost $50 to a scammer (or something, it surprises me considering she did a lot of videos on her C4S), and she played with my head too. I demanded for a refund one last time a week ago or so, and to this day I still never got a response.

So what the hell do I do? Am I really boned on this or can I potentially get Amazon to send me a refund or something?
Anyways, beware of Lucy Skye. She's a goddamn liar and I hope her porn career gets shutdown for this. That is disgusting that she would actually pretend to commit suicide to keep $50. Imagine if it was more money.

Don't spend a cent on her, that's what I have learned. I know it was stupid of me but now I know not to waste money like this.

Tl;Dr: I got scammed out of $50 and also got lied to that someone committed suicide so they could keep my money.

So sorry to hear this happened to you. Ive had a lot of custom clips done for me over the years and luckily only been truly screwed over once by giantess katie, heres her C4S store which is a different one from her last so everyone knows to stay away aswell http://clips4sale.com/studio/47609/T...#startingpoint . It sucks when people do this sort of thing, i wish you could trust people and take their word for stuff, but thats not the case. Too my knowledge theres not much that can be done in your situation, C4S wont help either (obviously) and wont even allow you to make a complaint against someone since it was outside there pay system. Understandable, but still dumb in my books

Just accept the loss and move on, I say. It sucks, but shit like this happens all the time. Not much you can do about it except warn others (which you have, thank you).

That's a pretty messed up story, though, I'll grant you. Pretending to commit suicide for fifty bucks? Wow. She definitely did you wrong, Conker. Sorry. :/

As someone who dances the line between customer and provider a lot, I feel your pain. As a customer I have been let down quite a few times, but only when dealing with things such as skype shows or anything interactive with other models since that is what I truly desire. I've had good luck this far with not having anyone screw me over for clips.

This is also a main reason that I do not ask for payment or even let the commissioner know how to pay me until the product has been created. It just gives me peace of mind really. I have recently picked up Manic's form of payment for the more high dollar items though, where you pay half up front and then the other half when the work is done.

As far as this particular models behavior I find it gross, It's always best to let someone know straight up that you are uncomfortable with their commission idea, if that was the case. You definitely don't fake your own death especially if you still want to keep this as a viable option in the future. Sorry that's happened to you and I hope that it hasn't soured you for commissioning others in the future.

Yeah its really killed my will to pay for customs anymore. I don't want this to happen with a $200 clip.
I think the pay half upfront model is really the safest way of doing it.
Also I checked her twitter and now Lucy is saying her email was hacked. Unless she got hacked after I paid her, I call bullshit. The email I sent the gift card to was very obviously named like a porn model's email and wouldn't make any sense for a hacker to have. It was separate from the one I was talking to her with.
