Now that I brought it up, the younger sister's breasts grew in the second episode, And then they looked like they're back to normal size in the first series' end.

In the first series it's at like 15:30 of the 2nd episode. There's not much process because of the editing but she does get bigger. It's only supposed to be temporary, basically shock therapy.

If you chuck the whole thing into gTranslate, you'll get a somewhat good idea of the content.
