I'll warn you ahead of time that I didn't think this was really that good (mainly due to quality of the art, esp. her facial expression), but it definitely counts, and I know that Felicia is a popular character:

Yes that artist has done quite a few BE sequences throughout time. All of them about the same quality. Another being Lilith. I forget where exactly, but I think a few of his works is at the Page of Boobs.

Mmmmh, well, I've already seen the Felicia expansion (not a really good one, but BE nonetheless).

Ah, this...

I haven't seen this particular one before, but yeah, it's pretty much the same quality as the rest of it (C-).

The fact it's easily seen as nothing but a "same frame, minor edit to one part, repeat over and over again" doesn't really help either.
