First things first: this anime is all about normal girl/women ageing and de-aging into magical girls. However, the only transformation that was not a cheesy poof is precisely the only one without any age changes.

But today, I was proved wrong in episode 11. There, we can actually see the second transformation sequence of the entire series, and one where there is actual body-shift.

Given the phisiology of the original girl, I would say this is a slight age progression if not a general body improvement. And yes, I am aware of the "budget" they used for the TF. But given how little content we had over this whole season...it's better than nothing.

There is a nother character with a less ambigous transformation Swim-Swim.

There is a brief wake-up sequence featured in this same episode, where we can see a clear before/after with an attempted yet cheesy process.

This opens as well the posibility for an improvement in the animation in a VERY hypothetic blu-ray release, and squeezing and overthinking things a bit, the inclusion for some more TF sequence of the girls remaining the most popular among japanese surveys. But those are just matpad levels of speculation. Time will tell...

Ok, forget about it. There was no process for Swim-swim at all in this chapter.
If I can, I will delete this thread by tomorrow since it is too ambiguous and badly done to deserve this spot.

Let's hope the blu-ray becomes a thing and everything I theorized about it.
