Lightbulb Marvel's Civil War II: The Return of Grey She-Hulk?

Hello there,

Recently, while perusing dA and certain other sites, it was my pleasure to come upon a remarkable, compelling piece of news which drove my intrigue for quite a while. As many will know, Marvel comics are currently engaged in the cross series event of Civil War II and the unfolding events of the conflagration have touched upon many great and minor super hero's alike. It is in this vein that I was informed by an acquaintance and member of our community of a remarkable event, that may yield even greater consequences for one Jennifer Walters.

This is a spoiler warning for those not wishing to know of the details surrounding the above topic.

In all, following the events of CW II #4, a severely injured She-Hulk hears of her cousin's ostensible passing at the hands of her old friend Clint Barton, better known as the Avenger's archer, "Hawkeye". In response to this, a once frail SH is seemingly restored to some health - but not as she once was. Bigger, grey and seemingly meaner in manner, the scene has led some to speculate - and not without some historical qualification too - that Jen/SH's savage side may be on the rise again; this, and the potential return of Jen's grey persona/form, which hasn't been seen since the 1980's http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/...20100328013359 .

The curious can find a brief commentary upon recent events of the conflict, and a fairly trenchant profile of the new (?) or perhaps nascent She-Hulk persona, here below.

Though much of this potential is yet to be realized, it remains that this possibility is a marked - an admittedly - invigorating perspective on Jen/SH's psychology and could anticipate a revised status quo in future Hulk orientated outings.

Thanks,

Alchemical Night.

Looks promising. I hope that they can give the character her due.

So long as she's not the Incredibly Uncharacteristically Grumpy She-Hulk from that one issue of Avenging Spider-Man. I'm just glad Jennifer wasn't placed on the proverbial event comic sacrificial table.

My only question is: Why is Bruce dead? Aside from creating an excuse to have another character be the Hulk, of course.

Probably that's the only reason. Just like how Wolverine died and X23 became the new Wolverine. Some executive probably decided things were getting stale and they needed some sort of reboot that wasn't really a reboot because reboots are also stale.

Over priced half ad piece of crap is destroying almost every character in the series. Hopefully I'm right and that is jen's last appearance in the book. Maybe a-force or hellcat will explain wtf is going on with her why she was in coma in first place. Bendis didn't bother to explain anything and probably left it so vague no other tie been able to give one too. Please don't make jen a generic hulk let her still be character she should be damn.

Sounds like a typical modern event comic: If you want more information, please buy five other titles that tie-in with the main story.
