Something I drew

Now that I finally have the internet back at a speed faster then dirt (yay 14.4k) I thought I would post something, and while I realize that this is not the best out there I did put some time into it, Im trying to find some style that is just for me, so any comments are welcome. I hope it is readable (that sounds offical) if not just ask.

Thats a good start .

I have found that if you draw the charecter on a seperate page [sketchy] to figure out how the pose is going to be then drawing it with more detail on the comic panel your using .

that somtimes help improve the quality and make the pose closer to what you want it to be.

Kerplump is the best sound effect EVAH! =].

Hey Kvasir. Let me take a shot at the writings on your avatar.. My Runic is a bit rusty but it says something like:

Top right : "Kwasir" actually. :P

The one on the side is a bit trickier: HA(Unknown, prolly N)DA WIRDIG OGDJRA

Hm, didnt make much sense to me that. But. You might be using a slightly different runic alphabet. Or you also might be writing it in ancient scandinavian. Which i do not know. I only know their runes. :P

Oh well. Just had to comment that. ^^

well I though no one would notice the fact I got the V's wrong... noticed it 20 mins after posting... Handa virdig og Dy(remember this symbol can be both J and Y)rd or transtaled "for honor and glory" ... can you tell I'm a norse nut at all? Katheb, just have to more focus in the pre-draw (if you will) phase... and maybe clean it up abit. with pen or something... but that would make sense wouldn't it?

Well, I like the fact that I really can be thrown into some larger group easily, like anime/realistic/cartoony. I like to incorparate everything I can... if that makes anysense. and As for the panels, you're right, I need to work on them but this is why I asked for comments. I wanted to try it bit messed up frames, thinking it might look cool... it looks like I have no idea what I am doing...

to clarify (should be pretty simple but) That poor fellow got hit with a button of doom, and my scaner hates me and my artwork. I put far more post-work so it should look much better
