A type of TF I'm surprised isn't more common

A TF in which the subject undergoes a full-body transformation into a "new and improved" version of themselves. Incorporates breast expansion, ass growth, beautification, maybe some age progression/regression, etc. Even ethnicity change. To the point that an average person might be only barely recognizable afterwards.

Most pieces of work incorporate just one or two of these elements. Like, a subject might undergo breast expansion and ass growth but they're still essentially the same. I always feel like it could be taken a step or two further. A more holistic approach, if you will.

Bonus points if such a piece were to also include mental transformation accompanying the physical. More aroused and lusty, even downright desperate for satisfaction (we all know what we're here for). Perhaps a whole new personality or even identity.

What I'm getting at might sound like bimbofication, but bimbofication is so hung up on the aesthetics of the color pink and bleach blonde hair, and always includes clothing elements with hoop earrings and platform heels and so on. The weird insistence on low intelligence is also unnecessary for what I'm talking about. I guess what I'm getting at is diet bimbofication, bimbofication-lite. A 5-foot and slim girl next door just suddenly explodes into a 6-foot all-natural goddess.

I know with the way I just laid it out it sounds very specific, but it checks so many boxes and yet is a fairly straightforward concept. I'm honestly surprised I don't see more of it.

I'm posting this under the thin guise of starting discussion but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't also fishing for any such pieces that someone might have lying around... I'm asking because I'm genuinely at a loss, though I know I've found such examples in the past. I don't keep things on file but if I can backtrack to some material I'll be sure to share.

"Death Becomes Her" is a classic horror comedy that centers on two catty women finding someone who sells access to a "fountain of youth" of sorts, and all the pitfalls that comes with it.

Starry Eyes is a horror movie about a woman who desperately wants to break into Hollywood, and after failing repeatedly, ends up selling her soul to gain fame. The transformation here is far more visceral (legit, I'm giving y'all a fair warning...), but the end result is what you're getting at.

Those are three that immediately came to mind. It's not a TF type I'm all that interested in, largely due to the point you made about how adjacent it is to bimbofication, but hopefully some of them are what you're looking for.
