This is a 15 minute cartoon on Cartoon Network, in the episode called "Booty Noir" Harvey Birdman's Nemisis, in court these days, Reducto is a paraniod who is obsessed with shrinking those larger than him until he sees a woman with a "Great Booty" and begins to use his shrink gun to make her buttocks ever larger. She is happy with his "Attentions" but he is conflicted by his sudden desire to grow things. they show is on Sundays at 11:45PM and 2:45AM Eastern and reairs on Thursdays

When I watched the episode with Reducto defending Jabberjaw's band for the first time, and he was obsessed with the one woman("Oh yes...I'll make you travel-sized"), it was a fun little fetish moment. I like his conflict of fetishes in this episode...something I can identify with at times.
