That image has been posted here or perhaps 4chan quite some time ago. I don't remember the name of the specific doujin, but there is no BE in that doujin. Its just a guest drawn image. I know because I had the doujin, before i nuked everything.

I think it was here before. I have the whole thing if anyone is interested (provided I can find it). But like EvilConsumer said, that's about the closest thing to BE in the whole doujin.
