Really, really amazing work! Where is a good place to start with, as far as tutorials for this kind of work? I believe I have- or can get- any editing program and plug-ins needed.

Matt, that GIF's not by Regalia. Rather, it's from the third Shinsoku game.

I know that this is the original Regalia thread, it's just that the other one wasn't labelled as having his work in there so I thought some of the people asking if there was new work might have missed it. o_O
