Re: My TF Commissions

Appreciate the comments. It's interesting to hear what others have think about these - even though I'm not the artist. I am interested to hear if there are certain aspects of these (even if you liked the sequence in general) that resonated more or less than other ones. Glad you like the choices of animals/outfits/etc - I came to the conclusion that if I wanted to see the kinds of TFs I really wanted to see - clothing types, animals, poses, amount of tf (ie - human faces) etc - it'd probably be faster to spring for it myself than wait for it to randomly appear.

I'd say that overall I haven't had any sequences in which the artist didn't achieve a level of visualization that I was expecting - they've worked out very well overall. Not certain if that's due to the level of detail I provide (source pics, descriptions, etc) - or what.... I've got a number of other ones in the pipe right now - some more appropriate for other boards than the TF one, but all heavy in the process....

I've been coming up with a lot of other ideas lately too...I haven't really been the type to put them in a story - more like just seeing the images I want - then trying to consolidate them into fewer pics...got some really weird ones coming up - filling up a few word documents with long descriptions, pic links and trying to tell a story without words ;p - now I just need to find another few artists I can afford who don't mind drawing long sequences (already using a few good ones....kinda like the old adage - "fast and cheap - not quite so good", "fast and good - not cheap", "good and cheap - not fast" )

I do have a long story idea with a number of TFs (and other sequences) included, but haven't gotten too far with it - irritating that I had some great dialog and scenes in my head during my long walk home - several miles each way depending if I hit the gym or not - but then I lose track of it between getting home and getting in front of the computer - and then trying to get it out even if it wasn't completely sequential. I have also knocked out a complete 30+ page comic script - that I hope to commission sooner or later - preferably with multiple artists - but that'll probably have to wait a little while I work up a little more $$$ (without spending it all on other artists, etc).

What's been really interesting during these past few months is when I get pencil proofs or sketches from artists on pics in progress - got several different versions of some pics for my approval - seeing the step by step process used by the artist is somewhat inspiring. It has (along with some other DA stuff) aroused a bit more of an artistic bent in me - long dormant since that miserable 7th grade art class - will definitely look into an art class or something similar in the future...a bit more motivation at least. Doesn't equate to talent, but at least I wouldn't be worried about getting a grade here ;p

Just a few thoughts.

Re: My TF Commissions

They are nice and well done. Only thing for me is that I personally prefer if the girl's faces also change (at least a little bit) into a more animal appereance. They don't need to become complete animal's faces but I like it when at least their nose tip becomes a bit more animal like. But that's just my taste. Other than that I really like them.

Re: My TF Commissions

Finally a new commission to post. This one was a long one and did take a while, but the final result was DEFINITELY worth the wait (IMO). Mr. Andrade did another stunning job - particularly given my ridiculously detailed requests and reference pics, etc ;p

For size reasons, this one is actually going in two posts - 10 pics in each one.

I actually have a long version of this written out in script form to be commissioned eventually - but I REALLY just wanted to see it done - since it'll be a while before I can ever get the long version worked out.

As usual - comments are welcome.

edit - adjusted for size

It's a nice sequence, but Jesus, dude, image sizes. Nobody has their resolution set to four thousand pixels wide.

Re: My TF Commissions

You know, I should probably have thought about that. I received them right from the artist, but I open them using windows photo gallery at the moment - which automatically resizes (so I hadn't noticed) - I'll try replacing them a little later.

Personally, I like when larger image sizes are uploaded so you can zoom in on specific details if you like, and resize the image yourself to a preferred size.

Thanks for sharing these, by the way. I had seen some of them before, but not all
