Yes, Wingman is by Masakazu Katsura. Besides the manga, which was his first big hit, there is also a Wingman anime which sadly nobody has subbed past the first episode. Pity too since they did the vampire story line in the anime too. Somebody needs to sub Wingman cause its an awesome series. (and it doesn't hurt that its filled with oodles of mind control and corruption stuff either)

Actually, they didn't do the vampire storyline in the anime.

Here's a preview of that "Heroine Brainwash 9" where there is EC at the end. Theme is brainwashing but the ending is EC. Heroine gets a dark version of her outfit and becomes a horny servant of the villain. Warning, BJs, sex, etc.

Click through to English, and the video should be one of the latest 3-4, it is "Heroine Brainwashing 9"
And you can click the stream link on their site. It has screengrabs too.
