YouTube AP video, can the resolution be improved?

Hi folks! There's a video under the YouTube Female Age Progression group called "Reveal", showing a young woman aging slightly from the effects of smoking, found here: . Pretty cool video, but the problem is that the resolution is pretty low, so it's hard to make out a lot of detail. Is there a way to increase the resolution on this?

From a technical standpoint, what you just asked is "is there any way to make something from nothing?"

But to give the answer you're looking for, somebody who's better with videos than I am might be able to run it through a sharpening filter, or try to remove the noise, but it's kind of hard to make a beautiful picture from a bad one.

That's bascially what I was asking, if there were a way to possibly clean it up a bit, taking into consideration the original video.
