Yeah, part of his act is commenting on how when he was young, women simply didn't have boobs. He rants some, then says women should just "get" boobs at 18.

What particular show is that from, cuz the only shows I've seen (and heard) with Bill Engvall were Here's Your Sign Live, Now That's Awesome, and the Blue Collar Comedy Tour movies.

I'm not sure, but I know he has his own TV show, "The Bill Engvall Show", on TBS (very funny).

Ever notice that their stand up shows are basically all the jokes put together on the Blue Collar TV show? Maybe it's the other way around.
