Short Question about a BE Site
I've been trying to find an account management section so I can cancel the recurring subscription to the site of the BEStoryClub.com. I have however been unable to find it, and it's been about 72 hours since I mailed their Customer Service. Does anyone know where you do account management on that site?

well if you signed up with ccbill you can always go to their site and cancel. They keep record of all subsribtions they have and you can easily cancel from there. Hope that helps ^^

Same thing happened to me.....I never received an e-mail back and they rebilled me the next month! Had to e-mail them a second time and then they fixed it.
