It wasn't initially obvious to me either, but there are little arrows to show the progression. You start with Sailor Moon picking up the hammer of Thor (top, just left of center) and then go counter-clockwise to Sailor Thor. I think it's neat that the layout means that you also have a Before/After comparison in the top center of the image.
