From what I've garnered by reading online news: this is one segment of a comedy anthology movie (so "Truth or Dare" is probably the segment title, not the title of the full film). And supposedly the plot of the segment is "a career-driven single woman in her forties is set-up to take the fall for corporate embezzlement after her sexy college friend from Las Vegas drops back into her life."

Therefore, my semi-educated guess for what's going on here is that she has ridiculous plastic surgery to try to "compete" with the friend. So I'd say don't expect much process -- and definitely don't be looking forward to this being "Transform or Dare: The Motion Picture."

It may still be in development, or it may very well have been shelved. You'd be amazed just how many movies never actually make it to distribution. There are literally hundreds, or even thousands of films that make it all the way through post-production and are in the can, only to get shoved onto a shelf in some studio warehouse somewhere, never to be seen again. This may very well have become one of those films.
