I was curious and please forgive me if this is the wrong place to put this thread.
A while back I was thumbing around surfing when I came across the ad for instantbust. They have this gel that in minutes after rubbing it in your breast causes them to grow and stay big for about 5 hours before it wears off.
Its done by vasodilatation
With regular use it's supposed to be permanent.
I was curious if they're blowing smoke or does it work?

That means it enlarges the blood vessels. The most you'd get with that, I think, is that it would cause the breasts to look slightly redder and feel slightly warmer -- not an actual size increase.

My understanding was always that the penis is a muscle, and breasts are (oftentimes attractive) deposits of fat. Have I been misinformed this whole time?

The penis contains a sort of tissue that expands by pumping additional blood into it. Breasts don't have that tissue, but if you've ever gotten a serious bruise or broken something I'm sure you can understand how inflammation of the tissue surrounding the injury can make it look larger (i.e. break your thumb and the whole thing swells and looks noticeably larger).

I've seen ads for products like the one mentioned above, and usually they only promise an increase of 1/2 to 1-1/2 cup sizes TEMPORARILY. Never permanent. The concept that they rationalize it with (increasing blood flow and vascular dilation in the affected area) is at least conceptually feasible to produce the advertised effects. Whether or not it's anatomically/biologically possible to produce that sort of effect with a topical cream I don't know.
