Expansion mansion?
Hi everyone. Long time lurker here, and I have a question. Ive been a member of expansion mansion for a couple months and just last week had trouble signing in. I am a paid up to date member, too! Now I cant even get to the website. Keeps timing out when I go. Does anyone know if the site is down or maybe Im I.P. banned for entering my "wrong sign in" information, even though it was correct lol. No response from emails either...

Well that sucks lol....If this keeps up with no response I better not get charged for this month. Im guessing this has been happening to people lately?

EM's "customer service"/cancellation policy is based on whenever the one guy technically responsible for it remembers to check his e-mail.
