I did a little digging and obtained the fist five chapters in RAWs.

And from what I can tell, she gets back to normal at the end of chapter 4, looks like she misses them sorta, and then grows back to the previous level of big by the end of chapter 5.

Oh well, decent amount of process and it's with a sport that not every other sports manga uses. Can't wait to see what happens next though.

I guess it was likely that someone'd get BE'd again eventually, since that seems to be one of the girls special powers. Although I'm still confused about what activates that ability.
