Well in the game, Jedah has a move that he grabs the opponent and pumps a part of their body full of blood until it inflates then explodes. It just so happens he pumps blood into Lilith's breasts and inflates them.

It's from the site of one Japanese artist "Koguma Pierre". I remember him - I found him one day through the Page of Boobs. His site's grown a little harder to navigate but the pics can still be found.
There's a banner at the bottom that says "DFA". Click it and then click the top link in the "Contents" box.

you know i've had a hard time finding alot of those animations of the darkstalkers girls being inflated like that, i've only seen the three [felicia, q-bee and lillith] but thats it, they aren;t even on sprite sheets which is odd
