Girls, listen to me. Stop giving a damn what other girls think. They're jealous and just want to try to make you less attractive so they can feel better. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I totally agree with Lord T Hawkeye in the sense, that it is most girl's wants in school to join the conformity. On the other hand, the choice to modify anyone's physical body, is purely their own choice. I am sure however she had reasons beyond what she states on the show...

The scars that reduction surgery leaves are quite terrible, as well - giant scars that run from the bottom of the breast, to the nipple, and another horizontally across the breast from one side to the other - like a giant crucifix on each breast

I try to go by the creedo of being happy with who you are. Unfortunately, this can both mean "stop trying to be as skinny as a stick because Hollywood tells you to" and "If it really bothers you enough to merit that choice, then make it."

I hate that women seem to think they have to be nothing but skin and bones. Personally, I like my women to be a little built. Not to the point where they're putting their health in danger, but I really don't mind if they've got a little padding. Unfortunately you can't have your cake and eat it too. If you're going to try to get someone to respect your opinion that being a rail isn't where it's at, you have to respect their opinion that they feel they need to slim down, and that goes for breast size too.

I haven't had a chance to watch the video yet, but it sounds like she simply felt her breasts were too large for who she wanted to be.
