Couldn't say. Even after looking at the deviant art link, it still looked like it was all sorts of out of order. Even numbered they still didn't make sense in any sort of ordered sequence.

It looks like the cake has a BE effect, but after she eats it, it comes back... she tries to squash it with her boobs a couple times and then in picture 9 is assaulted by the cake, leaving her huge in pic 10. At least that's the best I can understand it.
Don't ask me why there's someone IN the cake in panel 3... |
