Hello, my name is Al and I am the creator and designer of this site. I am an art / design / computer enthusiast and I am fascinated by Female Muscle Growth (FMG).

This website is a private gallery of my work in this subject. Through different visual representations, I hope to explore and study the various dimensions of the Female Muscle Growth subject.

In our world today, the whole concept of women with muscle can still a touchy one. Many men and women still find the subject too much to handle. I find this interesting, and like particle physicists smashing electrons together to learn more about what's inside them, I feel the subject of Female Muscle Growth is a way to learn more about the human minds response to seeing a normal woman develop a massively muscular physique.

Unfortunately ICFMG.COM is a spare time project, and will only be updated when possible. This may be a few days to a few months or more. But I hope you enjoy what is on the site right now.

Hi everyone!

Just to let everyone know, I have some new stuff on my site. I didn't have any time to update for a while, but a new computer has given me a new lease of life.

I don't have that much up right now, but I'm still trying to work on new original content.

Hi everyone. It's amazing how many years have passed since this thread was created.

Recently I've started getting back into FMG art.

I have a lot of ideas that I'd like to try out, but at the moment I'm making before / after images with a view to creating longer sequences.

My site icfmg.com is back up again (it was technically always up, but redirected to a Wordpress site during my hiatus).

I'll share a few things I've made so far this year, and will share more on this forum (if that's ok ) as I create it.
