Hello everyone. Hate to be posting like nuts these last couple of days... but I came across this and it could not be ignored.

Some of you may remember a movie idea called Freeborn by a director named Anthony Brownrigg. It's a female werewolf movie concept literally written by werewolf fans. He spent a good couple years developing the script and running ideas past the fans on a forum called "The Pack's Den". Best news is, their primary focus was on the transformation itself for the main female character. Basically they wanted to come as close as we'll ever get to a female AWIL.

It has been several years since the director went silent on the topic, and last I heard it was dead until further notice. But here's the great news.

I was browsing around and I came across a link to this video on Werewolf Cafe.



It was posted yesterday.

I just hope people are willing to open their wallets. This movie is about as close as we'll ever get to a fairly major director whose pretty much working for TF fans.

So, a petition for money isn't it? I thought that the project was dead... no news, no apologies to the fans, no answers after all. Sorry, but I've been expecting for the movie until the end of 2009 more or less, when I decided that it was a waste of time. I wish Anthony all the luck (and money) in the world, and I'll be his best fan if the project comes true. But I've run out of patience years ago.

Well I would love to see this made. I'll definitely be shooting them a few bucks. Interesting that they're funding through IndieGoGo and not Kickstarter. Anyone want to place bets on how much money they'll need to raise?

Interesting. I also thought this was dead for good. Glad to see there is still hope for it, I may not give much due to my lack of money but I will contribute as much as I can.

Back in 2010 I noticed in the recently published
"Book of Dragons" that the 20 mainstream commercial
fantasy writers had no problem with 'transformation'
but avoided ' transformation sequence' ( process )
like it was the Black Death.

IOW process was dead at the mainstream commercial level in 2010

So when I saw this thread about Brownrigg making a pitch for
cash to produce a process heavy film
my "Shyster Alarm" was blaring out
