Petite Roid
This manga has three androids who can join together to create an older version of themselves. If three join they become an adult, while if two join they become a teenager. Unfortunately there is little process, but at least the before and after shots are pretty good. The full manga has some loli as well.

Thanks for all the, uh, thanks! And to AngelusX, I don't have any more, but it did seem like there was more story to tell, so I'll be sure to keep an eye out for any more of it.
