Not seen anything quite like it before though it does leave you with some unanswered questions.

I was really hoping the grammar/spelling issues ended with the title (it's Delirium), but that was not the case, unfortunately.

Meh, I don't nitpick that sort of thing too much, the biggest question I was left with is how 'could' the dream world and the real world be one and the same? Are they saying that Sonya's human life was somehow an illusion? Was the whole story a hallucination? Very cool way of doing a tf though.
