Hand Maid May comic redux
So, here goes try number 2.
First try here. For now, the picture here is sort of a placeholder. It's a "prototype" of sorts. I'm just sketching out the first page layout. Also, I'm open to ideas. If I like 'em I'll probably use them. Edit ver. 2.8 : Page 28 up Second post collection here. Last edited by Sucht17; 04-15-2009 at 10:31 PM. |

How about spending some time at midget and normal sizes? Trying on new clothes to grow out of.

I really liked this piece you did and im glad you're redoing it. I had one hell of a time following it the first time i saw it lol. No advice (mainly because im the last person who should give advice when it comes to art) if you're redoing it that’s good enough for me.

I liked the previous version of this as I really like growth from smaller than human size. I'm looking forward to seeing more of this one too!

Very cool. I like the idea of making a "direktors cut" of the comic. So you can make an allready great comic even better.

This is fantastic! I love the fact that you're redoing it!
Personally, I always thought the sudden spurts were best and that's what I'd like to see again, but I'll enjoy whatever you put into it. ^^ |

Even though I've never seen Hand Maid May, I really enjoyed your last attempt. If one thing needed improvement, I would say it would be the lettering. Keep it clear through the whole thing.

It took awhile, but hye, page 3 is now up for viewing pleasure.
(took awhile to get to it. Actual draw time was around 35 minutes) |

Wait, this is a REMAKE of "Hand Maid May"?
I thought it was a sequel! There's no need to remake something that is already good to begin with! Look how the remakes of "The Omen" and "Planet of the Apes" turned out! Alien Ant Farm's version of "Smooth Criminal" sucks money dick, while the Michael Jackson original is a classic. If it ain't broken, don't fix it! |
