Happens in Season 2 episode 1. In the episode Kasumi gets a new sword that has a special move, which after used de-ages her for about 10 minutes. She uses it again in a future episode as well.

The scene begins about 12 minutes into the episode. The AR is offscreen and the reaction shot is quick, but the overall animation is good so it's still worth checking out.

I just found the second use of the TF.
It's on episode five, after she battles some group of demons and unseathes her sword.

Sadly, offscreen again.

Bofuri has some good almost-there transformation moments, notably in episode 8 of the first season.

In the episode, she gets the ability to transform into a giant Xenomorph (would love to eventually see fan art of this), and also has a magical girl transformation into a skimpier-outfit "machine god." That sequence is pretty good.
