Lolicon means Lolita Complex: Someone who is obsessed with Lolitas. Yeah, so lolicons can have bust fat. Lolita is supposedly a sexually precocious young girl. Doesn't necessarily need to be a specific age but someone who is mentally ahead of their peers in terms of sexual development.
