I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, since I didn't get any hits on the search. So here goes.

This anime has some poof-type TF's of girls into mermaids (well, they were mermaids to begin with and turn into their mermaid form when they get splashed with water). Although, the real charm of this series is the absolute hilarity of what happens to the main character. You can download the fansubs here:

hmm....its close, but you never see any actual naughty bits. its mostly a comedy

It's from the director of Guu. There's some fanservice but the show is mostly about gags. It's about a guy who has to marry a mermaid in order to keep them a secret, but her family turns out to also be a "family". They think bumping him off is just as good a solution as marriage.

A little of the fanservice is TF related.

Hmm. Well I couldn't find anything like what I hoped for. And I don't use torrents so I couldn't download all the eps to see for sure.

But.. I did find a clip on youtube that has a TF. Short, a poof, but in the few seconds before the poof she was blushing and groaning a bit (that's always nice) http://youtube.com/watch?v=pUfk3f3UWko it happens about 45 seconds into the clip.

At first glance it appears that her shorts and sock disintegrate into nothing during the poof and can't be seen right away after the revert because a towel is covering her butt. But a while later we see her with the same shorts on again. So I'd have to assume that during the poof the clothes just vanish and simply reappear when they dry off.

So..

Poof TFs just completely don't do anything for me. It's a charming series for it's comedic value, however. Kinda reminds me of Ranma 1/2 but with mermaids. There wasn't a whole lotta process in Ranma either, but it's still one of the best animes ever written. Anyway this anime you showed us is cute and funny, but the TF process is a little *bleh*.

Wow thanks for bringing this topic back up TF-Viewer, didn't see it originally. It looks to be a superb series. Oh and TF-Viewer some of the episodes are available for direct download at the torrent site listed at the very top, so even if you don't use Bittorrent you can still get them (Just get BT though, Azureus works easily and well, I know you're against copyrighted material being torrented from other posts but this is not licensed yet, and the legality of downloading non-licensed fansubs is fuzzy due to US Copyright laws)! By the way here are some screen caps from the first episode:

It still puzzles me where that girl's clothes went in a later ep. Might of been 12 or 13 or 14 I can't recall the number really. She was wearing shorts and a sock before the poof, then after they were gone when she reverted.. I didn't notice any other moments of implied nudity after the reverse poof. Heh, but oh well I'm not going to complain.
