Chances are that they are, just are not announced/are secret at this time.

Left is Falcon in Melee, right is red alloy from Brawl. All of the alloys are using models from other players (blue uses Zero Suit Samus, Green is Kirby, Yellow is Mario)

Not to derail this into a VG discussion, but Blue Alloy looks more like she's based off Zelda's moveset, just like Female Wireframe in Melee. The screenshot of BA looks like Zelda's jumping pose. Possibly Peach's, but Zelda's more likely.

I dunno about that. Unless all of their jumping looks very similar.

It's a minor point but it's not the same model, just the same character/animation rig.
