TFPlanet group needs you

Ok,I assume most of you have heard of TFPlanet (http://tfplanet.ning.com/if you haven't, just click the link). The best way to describe it is Myspace for TF peoples(Fans? fetishers? wankers?). Unfortunately, at least for me and a few people I know, nearly all the advertisement for it as of late has been going up on CYOC, so about 90-95% of it is currently of the gay persuasion. Now, I'm not a homophobe, but I don't like gay TF and this place has got potential for increasing our archives. So I joined up and started a group that people here would be more likely to join.

If you want to brave the site and join up, good, it's currently public so anyone can join, but I may be changing that here soon, as TF peoples can be vicious towards one another.

Also, high res version of the group pic. That stock has been used before, I know it, but I threw that together in a few minutes for the purpose of the group.

Yeah. I'll believe that when I see it!

Also, yeah, the membership requirement conflicts with my religious vows. Mostly the ones about not being a member in places where membership is required to view them. Blame Yahoo Groups for any discontent this may cause. I hate looking like I endorse something sight unseen. So... no hard feelings. It's just not for me.

Good to see people taking an active interest in running things, though. All nonsense aside, good on ya.

Though it would be nice to have a big name there, I respect your religious views on the subject matter. Don't want to join, that's your choice.

Yeah I've just joined and is there a gallery or something like on a yahoo group.

This semi-lurker just joined up.
I did a member search for straight female members, and only came up with four or five.
And after a look at the forum, it does seem largely populated by gay or maybe bi guys.
It does need a bit more of a Het. presence... and more to the point, it needs more ladies too..

That was the point of this group, to balance out the site. I dunno if it will draw those of the female half(though it seems to have drawn some.... maybe), It will at least give a place for hetro men to join together in non-touching unity.

One thing that seems odd to me about that site is that it doesn't appear to have any way of messaging someone. We can post a comment, but we can't send a message.
I wonder if that was by design, or just an oversight.

Yeah, the message thing is a problem. You have to be a friend to PM some one. You can open a private chat with some on who is online by clicking their little icon in the "Online" section in the top of the Chat pane.
