Pseudo-AP/AR In Kazoku Kyouran Nikki
Episode 22 "The Fallen Princess" has a girl from Neptune (I think) who when she dehydrates (which is often) looks like a shriveled mummy/old woman, but when she's properly hydrated returns to looking like a cute teen girl. It LOOKS like Old AR/AP, but it's really just emaciation. Still, I figured it was worth mentioning.
