Growth in Shadows of the Damned (Video Game)
I don't have a link and am too lazy to search for one, but i just played Shadows of the Damned and there is a part in the game where (the girl you are rescuing from hell) appears as a giant in very naughty under-garments and you actually walk on her to get to the next level. Also, she is topless during this.
