Sorry if this has been posted before. I didn't even know I had this until recently.

I obtained this years and years ago... but I don't remember where it was from, or what it was called... or even what in the world is going on.

But, clearly the dude is flipping out (and he's occasionally doing something so obscene with his eyes that they're censored)... and the girl grows bigger breasts... 'Nough said.

At the very least, maybe someone can give me some context for it.

This man's eyes are so obscene that it obvious that we would be unable to withstand seeing them without incurring a great deal of harm onto our minds, I guess.

i know you don't beleave this, but in japan, there are things that HAVE to be cencored, the Glands, and Labia, for example, your not allowed to show any pubic hair... and there's other things i can't think of at the moment

At one time, but I think the censors has been lifted since.
