Honestly, I think many of us would just be grateful for a detailed review of the film/TF scene since no one here has seen it yet. It's not worth getting in trouble to try recording the scene, especially when the film will likely see distribution later this year or early next year.

You could legally get off the hook for a small recording if you do it right but honestly....why get all the hastle. Just make some notes and describe it and you'll make people happy

Totally could. Critiquing the scene puts it under fair use. We know it's low budget, so all that needs to be done is say how it could have been improved upon.

"brief excerpts" should be italicized and underlined. You could not show the scene in full and have any claim to fair use.

Speaking as a person working professionally in news media, Fair Use is only applicable to news worthy or educational uses.

Claiming fair use clause for critique would be a losing battle.
