This should be in the Support or General Discussion forum, but I'll answer your question.
Steps to a good picture/movie post. 1. It hasn't been posted before. 2. It fits the theme of the forum. (BE in BE forum, AP in AP/AR forum, etc.) 3. It hasn't been posted before. 4. An actual Process is shown. (No, "just pretend this lady had smaller boobs a minute ago") When in doubt, use the search function. To make sure you don't make reposts.
