So this must be straight from the recent issue of TECH GIAN. The good news is that, since this is Chapter 16, it won't be in the second volume, which means there will be a third!

Could someone point me to the location of the site that you guys are finding the chapters? Does TECH GIAN have a site? Past Issues maybe? I keep hitting dead ends. But thanks to those that have contributed. The artwork is great and I can't wait for a translation of the story!

Not posted on the site. Didn't see anything on Rapidsearch either. You can probably buy back issue of the magazine online; note that this manga doesn't appear every month, though... (Given that #14 appeared near the end of last year, and #16 is in the April issue, it looks like it's roughly bimonthly.)

I still don't understand if the Magazine comes also in digital format inside the DVD, and there is little to no info in which issues Manyu Hikencho was serialized. The DVD previews, shows the magazine itself. The 2008-02 issue, the only one scanned, shows the same cover as seen in TECH GIAN site, though there is mostly news, games previews, dvd previews, music, and other Eroge related material, but not any sort of story.
