I need to learn Japanese, but I'm assuming Q-Bee stung Hsien-ko and she got "swollen". Lilith wants a sting too.

In the game, Q-bee has an attach that the enemy would get a barrage of stings and would get swollen. Some characters like Lilith gets a butt expansion thanks to the swelling.

If anyone is interested the manga ran for five volumes under the name of "Vampire Savior", one of the many names the series recieved under the arcade revisions, made by the same author of NightWalker (another Vampire story), and Elemental Gerad. The story centers about Lilith and Morrigan for the first chapters, but also introduces Jedah, Felicia, Mei-ling, Lei Lei, Q-Bee, Gallon and Bulleta in the first volume.

The first 3 volumes were scanned, supposedly, but I couldn't get any other than v01 so far.

There is also a compilation titled "ALL About Vampire Savior" which I believe should be the official textbooks released a year before the manga (1997).
