These are indeed the best morphs that I have seen. The next best one in quality was not nearly as smooth as these.

Thanks for the kind words. It makes the hard work of getting these morphs done and perfected (as best I can) much more gratifying.

The reason for the huge GIF files is that, well, your converter must suck. A good GIF editor will compare each image to the previous one, and then only insert the places where the image changed in each frame ( so only the data for what changed is in the file the background is the first image and therefore doesn't need a reload each frame). For your images that would drop it from MB down to KB.
