Played a bit with the Perfect World mod, and while it does give your avatar that extra oomph, as soon as you mess with the body morphs, it goes away and it's back to the regular breast size. Still quite interesting results when you're making characters.

Last time I hunted down the breast mods I found them at Insiminator's website on the forums. I think Warlock is the modder you're looking for the actual mods. He's got quite a selection if I remember right.

I think you just need to sign up as over 18. so its not any harder then getting a membership with the process forum. once you are a member go to the links below and sign in and you should see the meshs im talking about.

o yea for thoes of you wondering hyper busty is about the size of Minka or other very large breast stars.
the second link is closer to the pictures done by spirling staircase or lightfoot.

i tried to dl the mod but it didn't work

i followed the instructions in the zip and it didn't work is it race related or any thing? what do i need to do more to make it work?

the oblivion mod?
it's too easy, you just must put the files into the data folder and the mod only works on the nude model, because in this games the armors are models and had own breast size
if you've putted it at the right place if you remove all the equip of your char you will see the booooooobs
